I am hugely proud to be able to run with the flame.
Having been lucky enough with my job with 7 to go to five Olympic Games now, I appreciate what an honour it is.
And I am so excited about tomorrow.
My uncle ran with the torch in 1956 in Melbourne and it has always been a dream of mine.
I do feel a bit out of place amongst the 80 runners who have done incredible things for both sport and the community.
But it will be an amazing time rubbing shoulders with them and sharing this experience.
I hope I don't see any protesters on the way, i understand and appreciate their right to protest and I think every runner has given serious thought to the issues surrounding Tibet.
But in my mind, the games are such a positive and inspiring event that it must be supported.
And the message of the Olympic Games should continue to be spread.
Gotta run! (need to dig my runners out and do a bit of stretching!)

Kurt Fearnley: I was relief teaching in Blayney when I met Kurt as a young school boy. The first thing that struck me was his smile and contagious positive outlook at all times. I see nothing has changed with this outstanding Australian. Although I never saw him again, it is a testament to the power of his personality that I have not forgotten him more than 15 years later.

I have missed your humor and fun whilst here in China. Run Berretts Run. You are a great Ambassador. There is no place for protests in the Olympic Forum. Keep the Flame of Peace through sport alive.
