The night b/4 my wedding i had to meet a florist at the back of the local police station to wait for a delivery of lillies as my local florist gave me rubbish. My wedding night we went home, i went to bed alone as my inlaws & husband counted the money in the cards, we nearly got divorced that night.

I am marrying my partner in 18 days time at Newcastle NSW and it wouldn't matter what happens on that day because at the end of it, Karen will be my wife and that makes everything perfect to me. I feel 4 ppl who's day goes wrong but the end result is the same so be happy, I cnt wait to marry my Kaz.

Almost 11 years ago, the day before my wedding my grandfather disappeared from his hotel room. He had flown out from the US for my wedding. We still had our wedding, albeit a more somber mood than we anticipated. We missed a honeymoon because we were searching for Grandpa.

2nd wedding & my 2 stepdaughters were dropped off by their mum dressed in identical black dresses in mourning, cried to everyone, would not allow photos to be taken, ignored me then gave my husband a card telling him what he would be missing marrying me then left before the reception! Great!

Top this - almost 26 years ago I had to get married on a Wednesday to fit in with the SA & Vic Football Grandfinal days as well as having my grandmother throw me out of her house the night before my wedding and low and behold having my mother object to me marrying my husband at the wedding ceremony.

Kurt Fearnley: I was relief teaching in Blayney when I met Kurt as a young school boy. The first thing that struck me was his smile and contagious positive outlook at all times. I see nothing has changed with this outstanding Australian. Although I never saw him again, it is a testament to the power of his personality that I have not forgotten him more than 15 years later.
