I love this product. No more waiting for the kettle. It heats up instantly! We bought it when we were in the UK and just brilliant. We use it all the time to make teas and coffees. The other great thing is that you always have filtered water on hand.

I bought a Quick Cup from Myer. It's fantastic!! I made myself a cuppa tea in no time! I used it today to make noodles.

My friend was just at my house and she saw it in action. She is now on her way to Myer to buy one.

I recently purchased your Quick Cup Kettle. I took it home and to my surprise the noise the kettle makes when running. Thinking this was surely a fault I returned it to the store for an replacement. After taking the second kettle home to use I was shocked to notice the same problem. To pay over

To pay over $80 dollars more on average for a kettle that my neighbors can hear if the window is open is a joke. Further more the water nozzle is too far away from the cup and after every use you need to wipe a pool of water off the bench because of the splashing.

This I must say is the worst appliance I have ever tried and will be happy to see it go. I saw this on channel 7 and when they were demonstrating it is was so quiet. I'll know now that not everything you see on TV is as it seems. Really disappointed.

Mine is noisy and spluttery, but I like the concept and will stick with it

Noisy makes a lousy cup of tea, not hot enough, water filter expensive to replace, if you can find one, a waste of money

Our unit stopped working within 3 weeks, store replaced it. Noisy appliance, can be heard throughout the house. Filters last about 2 weeks, and this is with only 2 people having 6 300ml drinks daily. At $15 per filter I anticipate spending in a year on filters 3 times what I paid for the unit.
