Rocky Road Recipe
- 200g block of chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped Allens jelly snakes
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped Pascall marshmellows
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamias (I use roasted, salted)
- Melt chocolate in microwave (approx 1 minute on HIGH)
- Add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Place in greased, lined slice tin.
- Refrigerate.
- Cut into slices before it sets.
- Tips: Always use good quality ingredients and fresh, crisp macadamias. Many would ask why I use salted, but the salt gives it a wonderful taste.
- Variations: Add your favourite chocolates or lollies - eg Clinkers, Maltesers, Turkish Delight, jelly babies etc.
She has been making, and perfecting her rocky road for years – and has ultimately taken to filling it with her personal favourite lollies and nuts!

Kurt Fearnley: I was relief teaching in Blayney when I met Kurt as a young school boy. The first thing that struck me was his smile and contagious positive outlook at all times. Melt 200g Hazelnut chocolate, add to 300mL whipped cream.
Stir toether and set in martini glasses in fridge.
