Whose head should roll over Utegate?

Jun 23 11:57am
Years ago, Kevin Rudd accepted the use of a ute from a car dealer and friend John Grant.

Now the Prime Minister and Treasurer’s offices are accused of using undue influence on Treasury officials to help the car dealer access a special Government loan scheme.

While the official in charge of the loan scheme says he was aware the dealer was a special case, he isn't confident in how he knew this and so far no email has turned up to prove he was pressured to give the man preferential treatment.

The Government has now asked the AFP to step in and investigate the existence of an email at the centre of the claims.

Are you concerned about this issue? Do you believe the PM, Wayne Swan or Malcolm Turnbull has acted improperly? Tell us below...

Utegate! WHO CARES?
Just another desperate attempt by the sly and devious Turnbull to distract the public. Let the Government that WE, the public voted in, get on with running our country! UTEGATE? Another storm in a hub-cap!

Put up or shut up Malcolm. Show your proof or drop the subject and get on with your jobs of running our great country.

I've seen people ejected from parliament for bad behaviour during a debate so why weren't the politicians who interrupted Godwin Gretch (who was trying to give evidence) ejected? Kick them out and let him testify without interruption!

I've just read Steve Lewis' article in today's Daily Telegraph, hes the reporter who inflamed this whole debate He's now saying he heard this and heard that. This is apolitical beat up by a jouno working for a right wing rag, like most of News Ltd publications.

Seems Rudd is throwing a lot of his slaves under the wheels of his chariot, how nice for him that they are all prepared to sacrifice their careers for his sake. Rudd reminds me of Napoleon - a little man with a big ego and a ridiculous haircut.

Malcolm Turnbull has once again proved (if any further proof was needed) what a total idiot he is. I Find it absolutely frightening that this man has desires to 'run' our country. He has shown that the need for proof before execution is not something he believes in. Is that not our right as Ausies?
