A note for the Roswall please. The awful state of Melbourne taxi drivers - why isn't the State Government doing something? They are very rude, poorly dressed and don't know where they are going. We hear so many complaints from overseas & interstate tourist. Why can't they be more regulated. Jane W.

i watched the show this morning and i was so upset when the sunrise called the weird noodle 'padthai'.it's not pad thai, not even close. shame on you, please do more research on the Original Pad Thai before u put it on the show. I'm a Thai chef and I'm so upset about your FAKE pad thai recipe.

Dear pad thai noodle chef. I watched the show this morning as well and I cooked the sunrise version of pad thai this evening. I have tried many authentic versions using fish sauce and hated them all. I LOVED Sunrise's aussie twist on pad thai and will make nothing but this version in future.

Thanks for the recipe - I love Thai food but rarely eat out for it as I am very allergic to all seafood (pain I know). It is very difficult to find Thai recipes that do not contain fish sauce or fish products, and I dont know what to substitute for it. Will try this tonight.

No reason to be sooo upset about the ' fake pad thai ' we all dont like the same things . I use fish sauce and like it but i loved the different recipe as well without the fish sauce . Its not a fake pad thai just a different version .

here's a tip - if you don't like what their version is - then don't eat it!! If the world pleased everyone it would be a boring old place. Will be trying this version out tonight - can't wait
