Boys are often the 'natural' aggressors and often resort to bullying from poor self esteem. Boys think & act differently to girls, i.e. boys think compartmentally and girls think laterally psychologically, thus, more complex and subtle forms of bullying apply.
There is no worse just different.

I think that bullying when it comes to boys is more physical but forgotten a little quicker. I think girls tend to go out of their way to bully mentally and emotionally but both are just as intimidating. I feel that kids that bully have insecurities.

When it comes to school yard bullying I don't think that boys are worst then girls or vice versa, however girls are more emotional bullies whereas boys are more hurtful bullies so both are just as bad. My sister was bullied at school for being overweight and it has really affected her in adult life

I am a student at high school and have copped various types of bullying all my life. Often boys are worse than girls as their not only bullies emotionally but physically, where as girls stick to sneid comments one offs and giggling. so i say that boys take the proverbial cake.

Nowadays the females seem to be a lot worse than the males. Is it because they know that all the advertising hype is against the fellas? A buly is a bully, no matter what gender, and should be treated as such, and disciplined as such. What is good for the goose is good for the gander!!!!!

Was there a channel 7 phone poll on Tuesday the 6th of January, resulting in 97% saying that girls were the worst bullies?
Why is that result not on display on this page?
Is 7 worried about losing female viewers?

I was bullied from by a group of boys from year 4 to year 7 and another group of boys from year 8 to year 11. The bullying was mental, I didn't do year 12, have no desire to go to any further schooling institutions and barely talk to people I don't already know.

They are as bad as each other.
Boys tend to be more physical but a girl is really good at making it a personal and emotional attack.
Both can be as damaging as each other in the long run.....

Yes have to agree comment 9 both sexes are as damaging as each other. On thinking girls can be very cruel in their comments to other girls, vicious comes to mind, boys are physical boys, girls tend to use their viper mouths at times.
