Pizza puffs

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomato pesto or basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped black or green olives
  • 1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leave, to garnish
Method
  1. Cut out rounds from pastry sheet using a 5.5cm round cutter. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread 1/2 teaspoon pesto over each round. Divide combined olives and cheese or sliced tomatoes over pastry.
  3. Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
  4. Serve rounds garnished with fresh basil.
