Margherita pizza

Makes one 30cm pizza
Ingredients
  • Coarse semolina, for dusting
  • 1 quantity pizza dough (170 grams)
  • Basic pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley
  • 75 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 180 g cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 40 g buffalo mozzarella cheese, torn into 6 pieces
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Method
  1. Place a pizza stone or heavy-based oven tray in the oven and preheat to 250 degrees celsius.
  2. Lightly dust your workbench with semolina, then roll out the dough into a 30 cm round, place on a pizza tray and prick all over with a fork. Spread the pizza sauce over the base and scatter with the parsley, grated mozzarella and tomatoes. Place the tray on the preheated stone or tray and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the base is golden and crisp.
  3. Remove from the oven, top with basil leaves, buffalo mozzarella pieces, sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve.

i wanted his basic pizza dough recipe and basic pizza sauce recipe, there's no recipe for those!
