Intelematics TMC (Traffic Message Channel) Service

The SUNA Traffic Channel, developed by Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) subsidiary Intelematics Australia, broadcasts detailed information on traffic congestion and other road conditions directly to GPS navigation systems, in real-time.

 

Armed with the new service, motorists can make informed decisions to be redirected around accidents, traffic jams and other hazards or to anticipate and sit through delays. Properly informed drivers can now arrive at their destinations without unnecessary frustration, thereby contributing to safer driving conditions ...

HI PETE , my name is stephen,the new gps navigation system sound good but ive been looking at the tomtom ,could you please tell me the difference in the brandes and how offen do you have to up date the maps or does it do it automaticely .thank you.

I find David Koch's comment on our kangaroos being 'pests' as despicable. What chance do our unique native wildlife have when viewers have to listen to his ignorance. Not a wonder Australia has an international record for mammal extinction..Stick to your finances David . Donna Anthony Yandina Q
