I Have been asked to make the white chocolate rose wedding cake for my son's wedding.
I have to transport it 2 hours drive away and am wondering if this will be all right in an esky, or would it be better to assemble once in situ. Also will it freeze please

Please can anyone tell me, will the white chocolate rose wedding cake featured last year, be ok to freeze for about 4 weeks and then decorated the day before the wedding?? The date is getting close and i need help!!

Hi Kellie, i'm a huge fan of your work and i have a question for you. After prying open a mango seed, I was wondering if i can actually eat the nut inside the Mango seed. Maybe use it as an alternative to pine nuts in a pesto sauce etc.... Could it be poisonous?...Thanks kellie.....Paul

Just as with fiesty Welsh women, I am a little bit scared of fresh herbs and spices. Is it OK to pilfer the spice rack at my local supermarket or is "fresh" really "best"?
