The baby boom continues! Chris Noth, Sex and the City's Mr Big and long-time girlfriend Tara Wilson have just had a baby boy.

The glamour couple have named their new son, Orion Christopher Noth.

Wilson met the 53-year-old Sex and the City star while working at his New York bar, The Cutting Room. The couple will soon appear in the indie film Frame of Mind.
