
1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan. Add bacon. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
3. Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until tender. Drain.
4. To make dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small jug.
5. To serve, toss warm pasta, bacon, broccoli florets, smoked chicken, tomatoes, onion, oranges and dressing in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley.
