1. Place chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl.
2. Combine milk and cream in a medium saucepan. Stir
over a medium heat until hot. Do not allow mixture to boil.
3. Whisk egg yolks, cornflour and sugar in a medium bowl
until mixture is smooth and thick. Whisk hot milk mixture
into egg yolk mixture.
4. Return mixture to saucepan. Whisk constantly, over a low
heat, about four minutes, or until custard thickens.
5. Pour custard over chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted.
6. Serve custard warm or cold over fresh fruit.
