
1. Scatter walnuts over an oven tray. Cook in a moderately hot oven (190C) for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden. Remove and cool. Coarsely chop walnuts.
2. To make dressing, combine all ingredients in a jug. Whisk until blended.
3. Toss apple through lemon juice in a large bowl. Add cabbages, walnuts and chives. Season
with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing, toss well.
