Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup raspberry cordial
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 750ml bottle Rose wine, chilled
- 4 cups lemonade, chilled
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup small red seedless grapes
- 1 green apple, halved, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
Method1 Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
2 Pour cooled sugar syrup into 2 litre (8-cup capacity) serving jug or punch bowl. Stir in cordial and brandy. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
3 Just before serving, stir in rose wine, lemonade, mixed berries, red grapes, apple and lime.
