Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 1/2 cup canned lychee juice drink
- 3/4 cup peach liqueur
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tsp rosewater essence
- Pink rose petals, to decorate
Method1 Combine sugar and water in a small pan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool sugar syrup to room temperature.
2 Combine vodka, lychee juice drink, peach liqueur, lemon and cranberry juices, rosewater essence and sugar syrup in a large jug. Refrigerate until cold.
3 To serve, pour mixture into cocktail glasses and decorate with a pink rose petal.
Hint: For a change, pour 2 tblsps of cocktail mixture into champagne flutes and top with either pink or white sparkling wine.
