Honey mustard ham + sweet chilli chicken rolls

Honey mustard ham rolls

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsps wholegrain mustard
1 tsp honey
6 flour tortillas
100g packet shaved leg ham

 

1 Combine mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard and honey in a small bowl. Mix well.


2 Heat tortillas according to packet instructions. Spread half the mayonnaise mixture over tortillas.


3 Divide ham over top. Spread with the remaining mayonnaise mixture. Roll up tortillas tightly to enclose filling. Cut in half.

 

 

Sweet chilli chicken rolls

8 slices wholemeal bread
2 tblsps mayonnaise
1 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
100g packet shaved
chicken breast
20g baby spinach leaves, trimmed



1 Trim and discard crusts from bread. Using a rolling pin, roll out slices of bread until thin.


2 Combine mayonnaise and sauce in a small bowl. Spread evenly over bread. Top with chicken and spinach. Roll up tightly to enclose. 

 

Note: Rolls can be made a day in advance. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge.
