1 Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl.
2 Add cream cheese to pasta. Stir until melted and combined.
3 Add dressing, capsicum, sultanas, carrot and cheese. Season. Toss to combine.
4 Serve pasta warm or cold
