From rumba to samba, the kilojoule-busting routines on Dancing With The Stars have helped the celebrity contestants get into the best shape of their lives.

Looking fitter and more fabulous than ever, the stars say they feel ‘reborn’. The workouts have transformed their physiques – toning their arms and legs, and shaping their behinds.

The training has also made them feel more energised and confident, giving them the enthusiasm to kick-start healthier eating plans.

‘I’m feeling great,’ The Morning Show’s Kylie Gillies says. ‘I am the fittest I have been in my life… I don’t think I was even this fit as a teenager!’

A new slim-line Layne Beachley agrees: ‘The dancing has put me in the best physical shape I’ve been in for a long time.’

Early eliminated contestants reckon they’re the big winners too. Just ask Fiona O’Loughlin, who proudly shed a 6kg in just two months.

‘I’ve never been this fit and I’m hoping I just don’t let this all go to waste,’ the comedienne says. ‘I feel stronger and toned.’

So exactly how did they do it? For the first time the stars let us in on the diet and exercise secrets behind their amazing weight loss.
