Ageing beauties are divided by a fixation with staying ‘forever young’. In one camp are those who’ve had cosmetic procedures to keep their looks. In the other are those who are ageing naturally – and the difference is startling!

Appearing younger than many of her cosmetically enhanced counterparts, Susan Sarandon, 62, doesn’t knock women who go under the knife but wouldn’t do it.

‘Anyone has the right to do as they like with their bodies. But I don’t like it when surgeons take a perfectly lovely woman and turn her into this strange person with amazing breasts who looks like a female impersonator,’ she says.
