It's a free code reader from Telstra for your mobile that can decode any Telstra Mobile Code or QR Code. Updates are available to Telstra Code Reader users to download and install for free. 

What's a Telstra Mobile Code?
There's no physical difference between a Telstra Mobile Code and a QR Code, however codes generated by Telstra will be known as Telstra Mobile Codes and much of the content that the codes lead to willl be free and/or exclusive to Telstra Next G and 3G mobile customers with compatible phones.

How do I use Telstra Mobile Codes?
