What is it?
The Total Wellbeing Diet, developed by CSIRO, is a long-term eating plan for weight loss and improved health.

Typical Menu
Breakfast: Toast or cereal
Lunch: Sandwich with chicken or tuna and salad vegetables
Dinner: Stir-fry

I am following the CSIRO diet and losing a stready 1kg each week and only have an overall of 4.5 kg to lose.
I love this diet as I call it the healthy lifestyle diet. I eat more than before have all the food groups and crave nothing and if I were to include exercise I would properly lose even more
