20 minutes to a happier you

It doesn’t take much to melt away unhappiness and stress.

Those who do physical activity, even vacuuming or mopping, for at least 20 minutes a week are less likely to feel stressed and depressed than inactive people, a study found.

But the more the better. ‘Although as little as 20 minutes of physical activity a week might provide some benefit, those who were physically active every day had the lowest risks of mental and physical ill health,’ researcher Mark Hamer says.

it must be true I work with theses people who have a game of voli ball for 15 mins in the morning and again 15 in the afternoon thier full of life happy and think very well after it their young and in high profile jobs oh thier vegans to
