Those who do physical activity, even vacuuming or mopping, for at least 20 minutes a week are less likely to feel stressed and depressed than inactive people, a study found.
But the more the better. ‘Although as little as 20 minutes of physical activity a week might provide some benefit, those who were physically active every day had the lowest risks of mental and physical ill health,’ researcher Mark Hamer says.
