Balsamic glaze is a quick and easy sauce to accompany almost any meat dish. It is simply reduced balsamic vinegar, available in supermarkets.

To serve, drizzle over sausages, steak, meatballs, chicken and even hot chips.  Think of it as a substitute gravy!
