Food tip of the day - Poached eggs

When poaching eggs, only use the very freshest ones available, as older eggs may not hold their shape and 'collapse' in the water.

Before poaching, leave the eggs out of the refrigerator until they reach room temperature. 

If your eggs are on the older side, serve scrambled instead.
