Health tip of the day - Breathing technique boosts sleep

Finding it hard to drift off? Try this breathing exercise, to have you in the land of nod in no time. Lying on your back, close your eyes and breathe through your nose and exhale for twice as long as you inhale. Do this eight times. Roll onto your right side; breathe in and out 16 times. Do the same on your left side, but this time 32 times. Zzzz
