David Beckham's high pressure marriage

David Beckham admits his marriage is under "pressure".

The soccer star says both he and his wife Victoria find it tough being under constant scrutiny, but adds their three sons - Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six and three-year-old Cruz - helps put things in perspective.

He said: "We have quite a lot of pressure, honestly, as a couple. But we've had that since we first started going out, so we've got used to it over the years. We have a way of working through it by looking out for each other.

"Having children around takes all the pressure away. Either of us could have had the worst day at work, but it doesn't matter because then you come home and see your sons smiling."

David added being a father is "amazing" and has changed his priorities entirely, but he is determined to give his children normal lives.

He added to a British magazine: "You just have to try to be as normal as possible - not just for us but for our children. It's hard, but they're the important ones."

I totally disagree with David, it appears from all the media coverage of Victoria that she needs to be 'Under Constant Scrutiny' to survive! Just a pity she doesnt learn how to crack a smile more often!!

I think he's trying to be more like Brad Pitt without success. If he really wanted a normal life for their kids, him and his wife would be more discreet, don't you think? Cut the b/s and just admit you like the fame!

Victoria is a brilliant example of the "me first" generation !!
Their Nanny is doing a great job of bringing up their kids.

I think Beckham thinking about his children is being very considerate. He and Victoria are well meant for each other but pressures do come in marriages, we should all wish them good luck and hope that they find better solution to keep happy family going.

Celebs are always in the spotlight. It is very tough for them to anywhere without the public knowing. there life will never be normal as long as they are in the public eye. They chose to be high profile. Only when the popularity wanes will they get some peace.

If "Posh" didnt want to be under the public eye every single second of the day, why does she always dress like the 'Barbie from Hell'? What's wrong with the clothes 'everyday mums' wear? She obviously spends more time shopping than with her kids...
