
For a quick and easy tomato sauce, cook 1 finely chopped onion and 1 crushed clove garlic in 1 tblsp olive oil in a saucepan until soft. Add 2 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes,
1⁄3 cup spicy tomato relish and 1 tblsp chopped capers. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm over chicken schnitzels, steaks or sausages.
