Jennifer Aniston says 'no' to surgery

Jennifer Aniston has ruled out having plastic surgery.

The former 'Friends' actress - who turns 40 next year - insists the only reason she would ever consider going under the surgeon's knife would be for medical purposes.

She said: "I once had the degree of my deviated septum operated on. Since then, I can breathe much better and sleep nights like a baby. The rest of my body is all mine. And absolutely natural. And it's going to stay that way. I am very satisfied with what God gave me."

Jennifer also revealed she maintains her svelte figure with regular yoga sessions. She added: "I do the best I can to keep myself fit, both in body and mind. I also draw a lot of strength and energy from yoga, new age and cosmic energies. I very much believe in karma - the way you treat your fellow man is how you will ultimately be treated yourself."

I also belive that plastic surgery should only be available if you need to correct something for medical purposes. Way to go Jen.

its great to know that there are hollywood actors out there that don't see plastic surgery as the be all and end all...its most refreshing

Pleaseeeeee, reprint this article in 10 years time - she will have changed her mind - she is entering her 'toy boy' years and will need whatever looks to maintain her clinging ways with them. Poor Jen. Brad knew when to get away from her.

Gees it is not like 40 is old for heaven's sakes. I say more power to her for letting nature take it course. There is beauty in aging, and going under the knife only makes you look false and artificial. Someone who ages naturally is the most beautiful of all. Go Jen and you keep good thoughts.

Shut up Margo. You dont know her so stop acting like you do. She is an awesome role model. Are you saying that Brad did the right thing by sleeping with another woman having kids with her and theyre not even married? Yeah thats really something to look up to. I say go Jen she rocks my world

Jen seems like she would be cool 2 hang out with 2 bad people that dont know her feel the need 2 crap on her. I HATE brad pitt 4 what he did,she didnt diserve that, somone needs 2 kick him in his meat & 2 veg, he isnt that hot George clooney, Jefferey Dean Morgan or even eric bana are way better
