I've bought a pedometer, but the trouble is getting motivated to do this physical stuff and wear it! I'm all for it though and I know that once I get into a habit, it'll work!

A pedometer really does help.

The best thing I ever did to motivate myself and lose weight (lost 10 kg over 4 months) was joining up to a personal training company where exercise was outside. I did 1 on 1 & group sessions and each day was different and fun and i loved being outdoors. I used www.exercisesydney.com.au - AMAZING!!
