1. Cut four of the strawberries in half. Thread strawberry halves onto bamboo skewers. Set aside.
2 Trim tops off remaining strawberries. Place trimmed berries, banana, milk, strawberry yogurt, Oatbrits and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3 To serve, divide smoothie among four serving glasses (1 1/2-cup capacity). Decorate with strawberry skewers.
Tip: Try flavoured milk, such as banana, chocolate or strawberry, instead of plain milk. Leftovers can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator overnight. If it thickens on standing, add a little extra milk.
