Food tip of the week - Planning for pikelets

Pikelets are a kids' party favourite. You can make them ahead and freeze them for up to 2 months, after placing them between 2 sheets of baking paper. Thaw and reheat the pikelets by placing on an oven tray in a moderate oven (180c) for 3 to 5 minutes.
