Food tip of the week - Spice up your life

Make a spice rub by combining 2 tblsps each ground cumin and sea salt flakes and 1 tblsp each sweet paprika, ground coriander and caster sugar in a bowl. Store in an airtight container. For a quick meal, spread a few teaspoons over both sides of lamb cutlets, chicken breasts steak or vegies.
