2. Cut dough into 16 lengths 2cm wide by 10cm long for wand
handles. Place, about 5cm apart, on two large oven trays lined
with baking paper. Re-roll dough scraps between baking paper
to 1cm thickness. Using a 5cm star cutter, cut out stars from
dough. Brush egg yolk over one end of each star. Lightly press
and attach to wand.
3. Under adult supervision, cook wands in a moderate oven (180C) for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove and let wands cool on trays.
4. Under supervision, melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate into a small snaplock bag. Squeeze to one corner and twist bag. Snip tip with scissors.

5. Pipe chocolate over wands. Decorate with coloured cachous and sprinkles and allow chocolate to set.
Tip: Decorate these easy treats with your favourite small lollies. Before cutting out each star, dip the cutter in flour so the dough won't stick to it. Milk Choc Melts can be used instead of the White Melts.
