Seasoned corn on the cob

Ingredients
  • 4 corn cobs (800g), with husks on
  • Seasoned butter:
  • 50g butter, at room temperature
  • 1 / 2 tsp chicken salt
  • 1 / 4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 / 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 / 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tblsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Pepper, to taste

1. To make seasoned butter, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Stir until blended.
2. Remove husks from corn cobs. Cut each cob into four even pieces. Boil, steam or microwave corn until tender. Drain.
3. Place hot corn cobs and seasoned butter in a large
bowl. Toss corn until coated in melted butter.
