Reports are swirling the 39-year-old is secretly dating the Chilean film director Alexander Dahm who she went on a South American holiday with last May.

Now, nearly a year later, Kylie and Alexander have rekindled their romance in London.

a six-day love-in with the chart-topping singer in her UK home.
Alexander and Kylie met in January 2007 on a film shoot in Mexico when Kylie was modelling bikinis for her swimwear range.
Months later the smooth director whisked her off to the luxury Vina Del Mar in Chile for a week-long 'business meeting' to discuss doing a musical film.

His heavily pregnant wife Laura remained at home, under the impression it was a coincidence her husband and Kylie were in the same country at the same time.

Despite Kylie protesting she was outraged at the suggestions she would ever get involved with a married man, Alexander's marriage appeared to be strained.

'I've never been unfaithful to a partner,' Kylie insisted. 'And I would find it completely immoral to be involved with a married man.'

But a few months later, a short time after the birth of the couple's second child, Laura reportedly moved out of their home and in with her parents.

'Poor Laura couldn't cope with her husband being so obviously smitten with another woman,' a source reveals.

'At the start she chose to believe there was nothing going on. But after the baby was born, things became clearer. She couldn't live with his behaviour for the rest of her life, not even for the sake of their children.'

Even at that time, friends were insisting Kylie and Alexander were constantly in touch and making plans for a European rendezvous.

And while Alexander and Laura have made no official statement on the state of their marriage six months later, this latest visit to Kylie's home suggests his wife is not on his list of current priorities.

Kylie recently denied reports she would announce her engagement to Olivier, 42, during a concert in Prague.

According to sources, Kylie's now allowing herself to become completely besotted with the suave director. And while technically he's still a married man, the fact his wife Laura walked out on him may make it easier for Kylie's conscience.

'They had an amazing time together,' a close pal reveals.

'It's made her really happy. They hadn't seen each other for ages, so they had a lot of catching up to do. They rarely left the flat during the week he was here. It would be fair to say they're close.

'I wouldn't be surprised if he came back soon,' the pal predicts.
