Guy Leech - The easy way to keep weight off

If there was an easy answer for keeping weight off that worked for every woman, I'd be using it on my clients - oh and I'd also be on Australia's "Rich List"!

The fact is, all sorts of different things contribute to the problem - everything from genetics, to stress, a lack of education about how to eat correctly, injury, inactivity, hormone changes and wavering motivation.

The correct answer for you lays in discovering what combination of the above applies to you, before tailoring a path out.

I enjoy hearing stories about people who've slimmed down, including all of the little everyday adjustments they made, on their path to better health.

If you've shed 10 kilograms and have kept it off for a year or more, I'd love to hear your tips

I only eat fruit before 12 noon and I try to move as much as possible. so i walk as fast as i can to the bus, i use the stairs rather than the lift

No eating or drinking anything but water after 8.30pm. Harder than you think to do

i lost 40kgs about 2 years ago and its still off! I move all the time to keep it off (use the stairs not the lift) and i never ever touch soft drink or chips - do you know how much fat are in a bag of chips?!

No wheat, no dairy. It will change the shape of your body, less bloating, more energy. Lots of veggies and fruit. 2 Litres of water a day and exercise - power walking, jogging, conditioning exercises - legs, arms, core. Also try yoga and pilates.

I´m vegan,but I don´t eat bread,rice or cereals.I walk for an hour four days a week.I do Yoga as often as I can too.

yoga, treadmill, fruit n veg , easy in concept to keep weight off for MOST people- - less fat, less sugar, less carbs. smaller portions. exercise 30 mins daily... It does work but hard to live by without some flexibilty..
