Ingredients
  • 130g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3 tblsps of condensed milk
  • 1 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate melts
Method

1 Preheat your oven to a moderately hot 180C.
2 Using your food processor, cream together the butter, sugar and milk until the mixture has turned a nice white colour.
3 Add the sifted flour and baking powder and combine until the mixture is well combined.
4 Using a wooden spoon add the chocolate melts and mix through well.
5 Roll the dough into balls about the size of a 50 cent piece. Then place them onto a lightly greased, paper-lined baking sheet. Lightly press down with a fork and place into the oven for up to 25 minutes, or until slightly firm and cooked through.
6 Remove from oven and cool on a cake rack. The mixture makes around 35 cookies and they are great with a cup of tea or a mug of coffee.
