Scott Spencer's shares his breakfast special To get a body like a cover model follow this breakfast plan
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup cooked oats
1⁄2 cup All Bran
1 banana
5 strawberries
1 kiwi fruit
1 scoop protein powder
Scott says: "As soon as I wake up I whack all these in a blender and flip the switch. I need the fibre in oats and bran because it kills my hunger pangs," says Spencer. "I chuck in a dollop of protein because I feel like I've been starving my muscles of their life blood while I sleep. The fruits give me an vitamin fix as soon as my eyes open, and they don't hurt the taste, either."
