What's the secret to a great workout?

I look at each muscle group in the terms of how it helps me to better perform in bed with my wife. Hip flexors provide the thrusting motion & the quadriceps muscles & groin muscles, & hamstrings provide a good base from which to thrust. Also a strong core and arms. And of course cardio!! :)

The only true secrets to a good body is regular exercise and good diet.

The other way to fool yourself into having a great body would be to have implants to your chest and bum.

being a fat and ugly fellow myself , I just married a more fat and ugly lady so i do not feel so bad. Problem solved.

Eat lots of meat during the day in order to keep your metabolism at a higher rate, thus burning more energy then your putting in. Min 30 min exercise with a high heart rate daily.

I bike back and forth to work every day and do 60k a week!!!! i feel like a new man!!!!!

The secret of a good workout is stick to the type of workout that is best suited for u. The aim for realistic goals. Achieve goals by making workouts more intense each time evaluating yourself realistically from time to time. This approach would set realistic goalsand workouts that keep u interested

do different things then everyone else, go outside the conventional. Body weight exercise is perfect just put more pressure like hand stand pushups are great for shoulders, one legged squats. Just find things that are hard to do and stick with it.

I find if i "super-set" my resistance training and "fartlek" my cardio session both together (total time: 1hour 15minutes) my strength gains and fitness goals are quicker to obtain Mind you its not for the faint hearted. GOOD LUCK! (former international rugby league player)
