Luxury French Black Raspberry liquer Chambord® has announced the 10 designers commissioned for the inaugural Chambord® Shine Awards with magazine partner marie claire and charity Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.

A judging panel – including Kirrily Johnston, Joe Farage, marie claire's Kate Harrowsmith and a Chambord® representative – has nominated 10 young designers to create an outfit that reflects Chambord®'s warm sophistication, vivacious, enchanting, desirable and fashionable brand values. Each designer has been given $1000 to complete the outfit by November 14.

The 10 Chambord® Shine Awards Designers are:

• Jessie Hill
• Geoffrey J Finch and Ashe Peacock
• Ben Pollitt
• Anna Plunkett and Luke Sales
• Brigid McLaughlin

The designer creations will be showcased on the catwalk at Waterbar in the Blue Hotel, Woolloomooloo, on November 19. The outfit designed by the Chambord® Shine Award winner will be featured in marie claire's March 2009 issue and the remaining nine creations will be auctioned to raise funds for breast cancer research through Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
