Backstage at the Jayson Brunsdon show this morning, celebrity hairdresser Joh Bailey created some seriously glamorous styles as head of the TRESemme styling team. The smooth yet soft updos were some of my favourite looks of the week. We asked Jayson about his brief for the look, "Its about Fellini, Cinecitta, Rome in the early '60s and classical inspirations", he said. "I wanted to pull the hair dry off the face into a very simple, slightly messy bun with a pleated ivory headband wrapped high across the forehead to give it the illusion of a chic '60s look. Very Fellini, very classical and modern but with a slightly dramatic, cinematic edge." I can't wait to try out the luxe look, minus the headband, for evening, or with headband, to conceal my next bad hair day!
