How to:
1. Apply L'Oréal Professionnel Tecni.art Volume lift to the root area and blow dry hair lifting it away from the roots with a round brush.
2. To mid lengths and ends, layer L'Oréal Professionnel Tecni.art Volume Architect and Tecni.art Pli. Brush and loop two inch sections of hair, securing loops to the head with pins to create pin curls.
3. Allow hair to dry and liberally spray L'Oréal Professionnel Elnet. Release curls and brush through gently using a Mason Pearson or soft paddle brush.
