The heat and being out and about. I hope to spend alot of time in a bikini over summer so I need to look good!

My biggest motivation is that I'm noticeably larger than last year - and the longer I leave it the more there will be to work off, and working it off isn't easy, no point making it even harder than it already will be!

Jenny,
I have lost 30k in the last 2 years, so this year I want to lose the rest which is 25k. I am sick if being large, so this is the Year. Love fashion, and sport, so cannot wait to get the weight off.

Am i willing to work off the food i eat?
If not then i don't eat it.
If you don't put it in your mouth you can't taste it and then you can't want more.

The weight loss of 30kg is amazing, I have lost 15.7kg in the last 6 months. I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and i have never been happier. I still have along way to go but i now know it is achievable. I take my kids to the gym with me but on weekends i have got them more active by going walking, bike ridin and rollerblading. I will not let them get fat like me.

good on you for losing all that weight, i know how you feel. I have lost 40 kilos and have another 20 to go. I try so hard with my food plans and excercise. but i will get there, keep going and you will too.
