Char-grill skewers until browned all over and cooked through. Meanwhile, char-grill corn cobs until browned all over. Using a small sharp knife, cut corn from cobs. Combine corn and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve skewers on salsa. Serve with baby rocket leaves. | |
