| Serves 6; Prep: 15 mins; Cook: 50 mins; Nutritional Value: Low-fat Method Remove netting from pork. Remove rind and any excess fat. Place orange slices and cloves in a large ovenproof dish. Top with pork and pour over combined stock and sauce. Cook in hot oven (200C) for about 50 minutes or until cooked through, basting with sauce during cooking (cover pork if over-browning during cooking). Serve sliced pork with stir-fried vegetables. | |
