Orange Roast Pork

Ingredients
* 1.2kg Roasting Shoulder of Pork
* 2 Navel Oranges, sliced
* 10 whole cloves
* 1/2 cup chicken stock
* 2/3 cup Fountain Hoi Sin Sauce
* stir-fried snow peas, red capsicum, baby corn and red onion, to serve

Serves 6; Prep: 15 mins; Cook: 50 mins; Nutritional Value: Low-fat

Method

Remove netting from pork. Remove rind and any excess fat.

Place orange slices and cloves in a large ovenproof dish. Top with pork and pour over combined stock and sauce.

Cook in hot oven (200C) for about 50 minutes or until cooked through, basting with sauce during cooking (cover pork if over-browning during cooking).

Serve sliced pork with stir-fried vegetables.
