| Serves 4; Prep: 15 mins; Cook: 10 mins; Nutritional Value: Low-fat Method Coat 4 small lean beef steaks in 1 tablespoon dried mint leaves. Char-grill steaks. Meanwhile, cook 2 large IGA Lebanese Bread Rounds under a hot grill until browned on both sides. Combine 1 sliced cucumber, 3 thinly sliced radishes, 2 tomatoes - cut into wedges, 2 tablespoons chopped mint, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and 2 cloves crushed garlic in large bowl. Break Lebanese bread into large pieces and add to salad. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Serve salad with steaks. | |
