| Preparation Time: 15 minutes Method Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the mince and cook for 4 minutes, or until well browned. Add the celery and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the HEINZ Mean Beanz and HEINZ Soup. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced. Add the beef and bean mixture to warmed taco shells. To serve, top with lettuce, capsicum, avocado (guacamole) and sour cream. Hint: For a less spicy version of this recipe, use HEINZ Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce instead. | |
