| Method Serves 4 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 20 mins Coat 500g Lean Diced Beef in 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto. Thread beef onto 8 skewers. Char-grill skewers until browned and cooked as desired. Meanwhile, char-grill 2 thickly sliced capsicums, 1 thickly sliced red onion and 250g halved cherry tomatoes. Toss vegetables with 1/2 x 500g packet cooked Barilla Spaghettini No. 3 pasta, 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 small seeded and thinly sliced red chillies, 2 tablespoons shredded basil and 1/4 cup sliced Ausfresh Kalamata Olives.
